Harry D Lalousis is the first Mustard Sommelier in the world. His presence adds a truly unique touch to the restaurant where you can enjoy this exclusive progressive dining experience with a cocktail, wine, French cuisine, and, of course, mustard!
It all starts when you arrive at La Maison Maille. Here you'll sip on a My Maille cocktail, with vodka, Maille mango vinegar, mango pulp, and mandarin juice, while you enjoy a canapé. Then a Sommelier will host you in a blind mustard taste test, where you'll try to guess the different ingredients. There are some delicious varieties you wouldn't expect. Next you'll walk down the street to a secret restaurat, where you'll have the very exclusive Maille dinner, which is completely off-menu and available only for Lime&Tonic members.
