FAQ
1. How does the reverse rating system/quality guarantee work?
Lime&Tonic promises to only bring you the right upscale customers that you crave. After each Lime&Tonic member visits your venue you have the chance to give us feedback on the member and tell us if you want that member to continue receiving offers from your company. If the answer is NO, you will not be charged commission for that member's purchase.
2. How do you get paid? What are your commissions?
If you want to promote to our membership base Lime&Tonic collects a commission from the price of the specific package that is created and offered through our site. Commissions range from 10-25%.
3. So the members buy the offers from you and then you pay us?
Not exactly. We act as a marketing agent to promote your unique experiences. The customers purchase that offer from you and we provide a payment system. Our contract clarifies this more.
4. What is the demographic of your members?
Our member are between 30-50 years old, married with young families and dual income and singles with an active social lifestyle. Our target is the top 20% of income earners in each market.
5. How does the event system work? What happens if not all booked attendees show up?
The Lime&Tonic group booking system allows members to create unique social experiences around your offers. They choose a date and time and an email is sent to you to confirm if you have availability. Advanced notice is determined according to the wishes of each merchant, but normally it's approximately 2 weeks. All potential participants then book according to your minimum/ maximum parameters for that group experience. If not everyone arrives the full amount is still collected by you.
6. Can we see the details of the members who bought our offer?
Yes, through our robust Merchant Dashboard you can see, in real time, all information on our members who have bought your offers. Moreover, you can control the details of your offers and make adjustments as you see fit.
7. Are you a city guide, concierge service, deal site, or experience provider?
None of the above. Lime&Tonic, as a leader in it's niche, combines all of the above but does it in a way that appeals to both 5 star hotels/merchants and the requisite affluent customer that said merchants want to attract.
8 Are the reviews of my establishment public? How does this part of the system work?
Yes, the reviews are public, however any rating below 3 out of 5 stars will generate a special email sent directly to you and to our local Director and Project Manager. You will have 48 hours to respond and attempt to reconcile the situation - and hopefully affect a change in the member resulting in a new rating. After this time the review is published on the site like all others. The second part of the review is feedback on your staff. Our members will have the chance to name the member of staff who served them and then give a Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down rating on them. This area of the review system is private and is shared only with you. Each month you'll receive a summary of all comments, ratings, and staff service feedback reports.
