                If you've got an appetite for adventure as well as amazing contemporary cuisine, House of Wolf is where you want to be. This unique dining experience, available only to Lime&Tonic members, features the cuisine of a new pop-up chef every month at one of London's most unique restaurants. This month, Chef Jordan Webb is bringing you Food For Food's Sake, a fantastic meal inspired by the late Victorian period, with a few modern twists!<br /><br />You'll start this awesome evening with a delicious baby violet artichoke marinated with soft herbs. This will be served with blood orange segments, orange crisps, young broad beans, and a blood-orange vanilla reduction. It's incredible! And this is just a taste of the creative cuisine that is to come. Next you'll move onto succulent sous vide quail breast, with crisp quail parcel and jerez vinegar sauce. <br /><br /> Then it's time for another delectable course: Warm, sweet-cured salmon with pomegranate glaze, julienne apple, pickled Granny Smith, red apple gel, and bitter salad leaves. Your main course is a mouth-watering meat dish: Rump of lamb, marinated in red wine and thyme, with braised pearl barley, wilted wild garlic, and salsa verdi. For dessert, you'll enjoy rhubarb and custard crumble with gingerbread, rhubarb and ginger wine jelly and crystallised ginger syrup.<br /><br />Jordan has created this menu to be beautiful and give stimulation to those who eat it; through the presentation, taste and smell. The menu draws heavily on classic French and British cuisine, and whilst many of his preparation techniques are obviously contemporary (in one dish the apple peel he uses is fermented in ascorbic acid in order to retain the sharpness of colour); Jordan’s preference is for simply cooked food, using traditional techniques.<br /><br />But the delicious food is only half of this unforgettable experience. House of Wolf has very unique spaces and interiors that reflect a contemporary design and Victorian chic. It's unique among London restaurants, to say the least. Be ready to drink your cocktail out of a vase of flowers, or shoot it into an apothecary vial with some antique hypodermics. The menu of your supper club depends on what's freshest at local markets, as well as your tastes, and Simon's whims! But whatever it is, you're sure to be amazed. Each course is delivered to the table for guests to share, and is designed in a way that encourages people to engage with one another. Some recent supper clubs have included a special seafood night, which featured melt-in-your-mouth rainbow trout sashimi with tangy citrus soy, fresh shrimp, and tender octopus cooked with red peppercorns and sherry vinegar. Other favourites included hot and cold seafood salad with octopus, orange, paprika, squid and whitebait; and perfectly sliced white fish ceviche and edamame. <br /><br /> More recently, Simon prepared a special Autumn menu, starting with rosemary bread and salmon parfait, and an unbelievable Morcilla and apple tart with green leaves dressed with champagne and vanilla. Cambodian-inspired chorizo and celeriac salad was the perfect blend of smoky and fresh. Simon then paired slow-roast crispy pork belly with cockscomb wontons and lychee/braeburn slice. He served this with tasty Pan-Asian sushi: Shitake mushroom maki, Ho Fun rolls with Nem Chua, shrimp and crab roll, and Viet pancake bites. This delicious London dining experience was topped off with Millionaire Cake with bitter thyme orange and salted caramel, as well as roasted almonds and salted lemon fudge. Your mouth will water when you smell the next course, fragrant spice-flamed reindeer with side of pork, chanterelles and a vinagrette of melted butter and lingon berries. This rich cut of reindeer is spiced with rosé pepper, juniper, thyme and garlic, and served with honey-glazed, juniper-smoked side of pork, which is rapidly flamed. You'll top the dish off with a selection of chanterelles, some panfried in butter, some pickled, and some in a wonderfully creamy foam. And of course, as you cook each dish, you'll be getting insight from the chef, bringing every bite to another level! <br /><br />The next course, sirloin and brisket, is served with truffle-infused almond potato purée, as well as horseradish and mustard with salted gherkins, cress and gem lettuce.                 A well-mixed cocktail is a thing of beauty and now’s your chance to make it like the pros do. The Mirror Bar, located in The Landmark London Hotel, is reminiscent of the hotel’s Victorian heritage. Classic and intimate, it’s a popular place for pre-dinner drinks or a late-night cocktail. Head  mixologist Salvatore Maggio is responsible for the creative concoctions, and Lime&Tonic has put together a great event for you to learn from the best.<br/><br/>Salvatore will lead a 3-hour cocktail master class in which you’ll learn proper cocktail preparation techniques and how to make different drinks like a Singapore Sling or the Paradise. Once you’ve gotten the hang of it, it’s your turn to head behind the bar and prove what a good student you are by mixing up your own cocktail. The limited number of participants means there’s lots of hands on interaction and plenty of time for questions.<br/><br/>But that’s not all. Chef Maarten Geschwindt spent a couple of years working in Spain under the tutelage of Michelin 3-star chef Martín Berasategui.
