L&T does not provide any guarantee that use of the Website will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does L&T provide any warranty as to (i) the prices at which the Vouchers are purchased, (ii) any and all advantages or discounts offered by the Merchants and their duration, (iii) the accuracy, entirety, reliability or content of any information provided through the Website, and/or (iv) the security and technical failure of the Website.

8.4 L&T shall bear no liability for any advertisement or promotion disclosed on the Website, in particular in respect of any Offer.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 Any and all intellectual property rights (including all copyright, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, designs (including the "look and feel" and other visual or non-literal elements), whether registered or unregistered) in the Website, information content on the Website, any database operated by L&T and all the Website design, text and graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets and scripts) shall remain the sole property of L&T. Customer shall not, and shall not attempt to, obtain any title to any such intellectual property rights.

9.2 None of the materials listed (or referred to) on the Website may be reproduced or redistributed or copied, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, sold, rented or sub-licensed, used to create derivative works, or in any way exploited without L&Ts prior express written permission, which may be withheld at its absolute discretion.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

11.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or related to them or their subject matter (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdication in which the Customer resides.

11.2 Since L&T is not the agent of the Customer for any purpose, L&T will not act as the Customers agent in connection with resolving any disputes between participants related to or arising out of any Purchase.
