LIME&TONIC VŠEOBECNÉ PODMÍNKY

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meaning:

"Customer" means an individual who has valid Registration with the Website;

"L&T" means Lime&Tonic Limited, the operator of the Website;

"Merchant" means a third party seller of goods or provider of service for which a Voucher can be purchased by a Customer through the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

"Purchase" means a purchase by a Customer of a Voucher through the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

"Registration" means a due creation by a Customer of an account with the Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

"Voucher" means a voucher issued by a Merchant which, when duly purchased or received from the Merchant by a Customer throught the Website, entitles such Customer, subject to the terms of these Terms and Condition, to redeem it at the Merchant (or, its respective business venue) solely in exchange for the respective goods and/or services offered by the Merchant and specified on such voucher; and

"Website" means the website www.limeandtonic.com operated by L&T.

"Deals" means offers provided on the L&T website, which covers both paid deals and free offerings.

2. GENERAL

2.1 The Website operated by L&T represents a marketing platform on which various discounted or other special deals (sales of goods and/or provision of services at discount) (jointly "Deal" and each of them individually a "Deal") are advertised, communicated and offered for Purchase by Merchants to Customers. Customers who have their Registration may, subject to these Terms and Conditions, purchase Vouchers from Merchants for the Deals offered by Merchants on the Website.

2.2 Unless expressly set out otherwise in respect of any Deal on the Website, in order for any Deal becoming effective, i.e. activated, certain minimum number of Purchases for the Deal must be made within a specified time period as set out in respect of the Deal on the Website; otherwise, as of expiration of such time period, the offered Deal becomes automatically void without any Customer having any claim or other remedy against the Merchant or L&T.

2.3 L&T is solely the operator of the Website and only provides certain limited related facilitation services of an independent nature as specifically set out further herein (colletion from Customers of payment for Purchases and delivery of Vouchers to Customers). Any contractual relationship regarding any Deal, Purchase and/or Voucher is solely between Customer and the relevant Merchant.

2.4 These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between L&T and the Customer. By clicking on the relevant box in the process of Registration, the Customer accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions vis-à-vis L&T and, in respect of any Purchase, also to the respective Merchant.
