So, you’ve found something really cool on our site (amazingly quickly!) - now what?

Easy!

1. Once you’ve found what you want, purchase the experience. A voucher & code will be emailed to you.
2. Make a booking with the merchant using the voucher code - you do not need to print off or present any (cheap) voucher.
3. Go enjoy the experience. And take some friends ... after all, sharing is caring!
4. Once completed, give us your feedback about the experience. The more honest the better as it drives the merchant’s ranking in the Top 50 City Guide - making the guide more useful for everyone!

Also, you’ll be happy to know that all our experiences have an extra special price on them as a result of our collective purchasing mechanism - whereby we are able to use the power of our large membership base to negotiate special prices for our members.

Giving the Love (with Gift Vouchers)

Our experiences make awesome gifts for people you love. We have two very cool options available for gifts -

• Experience Vouchers - you can request on purchase (or after) for a physical gift voucher to be sent by the merchant to your friend. The great thing is that it doesn't say that it's from Lime&Tonic - meaning the recipient won't even know that you got our extra special member's price on it! Woohoo!
• Lime&Tonic Credits - alternatively, if you can't pick what your friend would like, why not get them a nice Lime&Tonic physical gift voucher with your choice of the credit level on it. Your recipient can then pick from any of our great experiences and apply this credit towards it!
