4. OFFERS

4.1 Customer agrees and understands that the validity of any Offer offered on the Website (i.e. the ability of the Customer to purchase a Voucher, and for that Voucher to be exchanged for the goods and services to which it relates) is, amongst other things, conditional upon a minimum number of Purchases of that specific Offer, within the specified period of time as set out on the Website. If the relevant minimum number of Purchases is not affected within the respective time period, the Offer becomes automatically null and void, L&T and the relevant Merchant/s are under no obligation to, and will not, honour the terms of that Offer. If an Offer is null and void, the Customer will not have any claim or other remedy against the Merchant or L&T.

4.2 The terms and conditions of any Offer shall be governed by the relevant provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the respective specific terms and conditions of the individual Offer as published on the Website and where specified, the additional terms and conditions on the Merchant’s website (such terms and conditions will include a hyperlink on the Website). The Voucher is subject to 6.2 below. In particular, You agree that each Voucher contains an expiry date. L&T, and the Merchant, will not honour any Voucher that is not redeemed before the expiry date, and the Customer is not entitled to any refund or other credit for Vouchers that expire. Customer agrees to carefully review the respective terms and conditions of any Offer (including further terms and conditions available on the relevant Merchant’s website) and by affecting a Purchase of an Offer, or downloading a Freebie, confirms that they have read and agree to all such terms and conditions.

4.3 L&T reserves the right, in its sole discretion (and without notice), to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove, at any time , any information on the Website, including an Offer, or information relating to any such Offer, including the terms and conditions of any Offer.

4.4 L&T may, from time to time, offer, or invite Customers to special events, organised or sponsored by L&T. L&T may issue to the Customer Credits for attending that event, at the absolute discretion of L&T. The number of Credits available, and any conditions of those Credits, will be detailed on the Website.

4.5 Credits may be redeemed by the Customer in order to make a Purchase. Each credit is the equivalent of $1 AUD. Credits cannot be used to purchase a 'Featured Offer'. 'Featured offers' obtained using credits will be cancelled.

4.6 Each Credit is: (i) subject to a reduction in value by a rate of 33% each month i.e. so 6 Credits will be reduced to 4 Credits 1 month after those credits are first issued; 2 Credits at 2 months, and no Credits 3 months after they were first issued; and (ii) only valid for a maximum period of 3 months from the time the Credit is first issued to the Customer’s account.

4.7 Details of the number of Credits will be available from the Customers account. 4.8 Referral Links are not permitted to be posted publicly on the internet of by any other means. Referral links are only to be shared with those known to you personally or within your network.

5. PURCHASES

5.1 Customer must have a valid Registration in order to be eligible to make Purchases, or access Freebies, using the Website. Access to Offers will be through the Customer’s respective account with the Website.
